Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (475 ml) plain Greek yogurt, full-fat or 2%
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) creamy peanut butter, natural preferred
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey, raw or regular
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts or crushed pretzels (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure out 2 cups (475 ml) of plain Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup (125 g) of creamy peanut butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the Greek yogurt and peanut butter with a whisk or spoon until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in optional mini chocolate chips or cinnamon if using.
  5. Drop spoonfuls (about 1 tablespoon or 15 ml each) of the mixture into silicone molds or a mini muffin tin.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours until bites are firm.
  7. Pop bites out of molds and store in an airtight freezer-safe container or ziplock bag.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best creamy texture. Stir natural peanut butter well before measuring to avoid lumps. Do not overmix to prevent icy texture. Freeze fully for at least 2 hours. To unmold easily, run molds briefly under warm water. Store bites in a single layer in airtight containers to avoid freezer burn.
