An easy, no-bake treat combining the creamy fondant center of Cadbury Creme Eggs with a crunchy biscuit base and smooth cream cheese for a quick, indulgent snack.

  • 6 large Cadbury Creme Eggs, unwrapped and chopped
  • 7 oz (200g) digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
  • 3.5 oz (100g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1.75 oz (50g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs with melted unsalted butter and stir until evenly coated and the mixture holds together when pressed. Set aside.
  3. Chop the Cadbury Creme Eggs into small pieces, keeping the fondant center intact as much as possible.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gently fold the chopped Cadbury Creme Eggs into the cream cheese mixture, distributing the gooey centers evenly without overmixing (2-3 minutes).
  6. Spoon the biscuit base into a mini muffin tray or silicone molds, pressing down lightly to form a firm base.
  7. Top each base with a generous dollop of the Cadbury cream cheese mixture, smoothing gently.
  8. Refrigerate the tray for at least 1 hour to let the bites firm up.
  9. Once chilled, carefully pop the bites out of their molds and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

Do not overmix the chopped eggs into the cream cheese to keep pockets of gooey fondant. Use softened cream cheese at room temperature for best results. Press the biscuit base firmly for better texture. Chill bites for at least 1 hour to set properly. If fondant sticks to utensils, rinse under warm water and dry before continuing.
