Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a roughly 12×14 inch rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Let rest if dough snaps back.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border on one long edge.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Layer pepperoni slices on top. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder if using.
  5. Starting from the edge with toppings, roll the dough tightly toward the bare border. Press the edge gently to seal.
