A quick and easy fruit punch mocktail bursting with fresh citrus, berries, and a fizzy sparkle, perfect for ultimate summer vibes and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) orange juice, freshly squeezed or store-bought
  • 1 cup (240 ml) pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup (75 g) mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup (150 g) chopped fresh fruit (watermelon cubes, kiwi slices, mango chunks)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) sparkling water or club soda
  • A handful of mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop about 1 cup of fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces. Set aside in a large pitcher.
  2. Squeeze about 1 cup (240 ml) of orange juice and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of lime juice using a citrus juicer. Pour into the pitcher.
  3. Add 1 cup (240 ml) pineapple juice and ½ cup (75 g) mixed berries to the pitcher. If using frozen berries, add them directly to keep the punch chilled longer.
  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of honey or agave syrup if a sweeter punch is desired. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Just before serving, gently stir in 2 cups (480 ml) sparkling water to keep the fizz alive. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves for aroma and garnish. Serve immediately over ice.

Notes

Add sparkling water last and serve immediately to keep the fizz. Chill ingredients beforehand to prevent dilution. Use frozen berries as natural ice cubes to keep punch cold without watering it down. Adjust sweetness to taste. Prepare juice and fruit base ahead and add sparkling water just before serving for best results.
